📦 Feed stays current
Titles, images, stock and price you already maintain keep the Bobshop feed in shape. No weekly rebuild.
Every Bobshop order becomes a QuickBooks invoice, with commission and fees as Bobshop charged them, so month-end matches the payout. Stock and price keep running from your store or ERP.
Bobshop pays out less than the sticker price.
Invoice at selling price and revenue is overstated. Commission, fulfilment and other fees get reconciled by hand, and QuickBooks never matches the payout. We send each Bobshop order to QuickBooks as it really paid out.
Titles, images, stock and price you already maintain keep the Bobshop feed in shape. No weekly rebuild.
Bobshop sales land in your store or ERP with buyer and delivery details, so picking is the same motion as every other channel.
Marketplace and store orders become QuickBooks invoices, with the customer resolved or created for you.
Your rules, not a generic sync
Your Bobshop seller account and QuickBooks, plus the store or ERP that holds your stock.
Sales, fees, shipping and discounts, on your own chart of accounts.
We run example orders first. Nothing automatic goes through until they’re right.
Bobshop orders keep landing in QuickBooks, with fees attached.
Orders placed on Bobshop automatically become invoices in QuickBooks. No retyping, no missed picks. Bobshop orders arrive with line items, delivery details and VAT, ready for the same fulfilment path as your other channels. Have more sales channels? The same flow can cover the rest of the stack, with rules per platform.
Stock from QuickBooks updates Bobshop so you do not oversell. Price rules per channel build in commission and fees, so every sale still leaves a margin: a 10% uplift on Takealot, a different price on Makro, a SKU held off one channel. Available quantity on Bobshop follows the same source of truth as Takealot and your store.
Titles, images and attributes you already maintain can keep Bobshop current, without rebuilding a loadsheet. The feed carries title, images, barcode, brand and category from the catalogue you already run.
Keep Bobshop stocked from the same range that drives every other channel.
Distributors and specialist retailers who run their whole marketplace business from the system they already had.
