🔄 Stock that matches reality
Ecwid availability follows the same picture as Takealot, Makro and the rest.
Cin7 Core holds the stock. Ecwid sells from it, and Ecwid orders land in Cin7 Core as sales. Takealot, Amazon and Makro run on the same connection.
Two systems should not mean two jobs.
Every extra login is another place to update stock, recapture orders and reconcile fees. Ecwid and Cin7 Core should share one picture, with every marketplace running on top.
Ecwid availability follows the same picture as Takealot, Makro and the rest.
Store orders flow into fulfilment and accounting with the rest of your channels.
Channel orders become Cin7 sales (customer, invoice, payment, optional pick/pack/ship). Retailer POs from Yuppiechef or Takealot Supplier land the same way. Your warehouse keeps working in Cin7.
Your rules, not a generic sync
Cin7 Core holds the stock. Ecwid connects next to it.
Stock, price and orders move one way, on purpose. We map that to how you already operate.
We run example orders first. Nothing automatic goes through until they’re right.
Ecwid and Cin7 Core keep in step in the background, with Takealot, Amazon and Makro on top.
Orders placed on Ecwid automatically create in Cin7 Core. No retyping, no missed picks. Each channel order can become a full Cin7 sale: customer, invoice, payment, optional fulfilment. Credit notes cover returns. Have more sales channels? The same flow can cover the rest of the stack, with rules per platform.
Stock from Cin7 Core updates Ecwid so you do not oversell. Price rules per channel build in commission and fees, so every sale still leaves a margin: a 10% uplift on Takealot, a different price on Makro, a SKU held off one channel. Multi-location stock in Cin7 can drive every marketplace. Adjustments go back when Wherehouse and Cin7 disagree.
Titles, images and attributes you already maintain can keep Ecwid & Cin7 Core current, without rebuilding a loadsheet. Products, families, images and supplier costs can flow, so the Cin7 catalogue is what the marketplaces see.
Distributors and specialist retailers who run their whole marketplace business from the system they already had.
