How do inFlow Inventory and Xero work together?

You pick the system of truth (usually the ERP or store for stock). Wherehouse keeps inFlow Inventory and Xero in step: stock, orders and pricing flow with your rules, so you are not recapturing data between them. A dedicated account manager sets this up with example orders first.

Do you replace inFlow Inventory?

No. inFlow Inventory stays the hub. Wherehouse is the connection from marketplaces and stores into it, with your own business logic on top.

What about marketplace fees in inFlow Inventory?

Where inFlow Inventory can take them, fees ride along so a Takealot sale is not booked at sticker price. Combined with cost, you see what you actually kept.

Will you dump historic marketplace orders into Xero?

Not by surprise. We run specified example orders first. Nothing automatic goes through until those are right. Connecting Wherehouse will not rewrite a year of Xero overnight.

What if Cin7 already syncs to Xero?

Then we do not double-invoice. We write the sale into Cin7 with the right codes, and Cin7’s native Xero connector does the posting. Direct Xero invoicing is for sellers who do not have that ERP link.

Can customer tax invoices include name and VAT?

Yes. Customer tax invoices can go out with name, address and VAT filled in, instead of a blank marketplace placeholder.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There are no setup fees on any plan. During onboarding we ingest your catalogue and sync a couple of test orders and products, so you know it works before you rely on it. You only pay once the account is live. Billed monthly. Cancel any time.

How long does onboarding take?
