๐งพ Invoices as you sell
Marketplace and store orders become QuickBooks invoices, with the customer resolved or created for you.
One connection, two systems
Quickbooks Online and Shopify stay in step: stock, orders and pricing flow with the rules you already run, so adding a channel does not add a second admin job.
Two platforms should not mean two jobs.
Every extra login is another place to update stock, recapture orders and reconcile fees. That is how overselling and messy books start. Quickbooks Online and Shopify should share one picture, with your rules on top.
Marketplace and store orders become QuickBooks invoices, with the customer resolved or created for you.
We can go past the invoice: mark it paid and deposit into the bank account you choose.
ERP as truth, Shopify as one storefront. Or Shopify as the stock hub, with Takealot and Makro orders writing in so inventory decrements like a store sale. We set that with you, because it flips the flow.
Your rules, not a generic sync
Your Quickbooks Online account and your Shopify account. You pick which one holds the truth.
Stock, orders and pricing should move one way, on purpose. We map that to how you already operate, not a generic template.
Buffers, price uplifts, which SKUs are allowed. A rule can apply to one platform and leave the other alone.
Quickbooks Online and Shopify keep sharing the live picture in the background.
Orders placed on Quickbooks Online automatically create in Shopify. No retyping, no missed picks. Channel orders become QBO invoices, with optional payment and deposit, without retyping. Have more sales channels? The same flow can cover the rest of the stack, with rules per platform.
Stock from Quickbooks Online & Shopify updates your other channels so you do not oversell. Pricing rules can differ per platform: a buffer here, a 10% uplift there, a SKU held off one channel. Most QuickBooks sellers keep stock in a store or ERP. We invoice what sold. We do not try to turn QBO into a warehouse.
Titles, images and attributes you already maintain can keep Shopify current, without rebuilding a loadsheet. QBO items can be imported so what you sell on marketplaces matches the items your books already know.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time.
Automate your marketplace tasks by integrating with your ERP or eCommerce Store.
Want access to our dashboard and reporting but don't yet have an ERP or eCommerce store to connect for inventory? No need for buy box repricing? We offer a visibility only plan for R399 / month. Bring all your channels together in a central dashboard.
