Wherehouse
🔗 Shopify + Amazon integration

Run Amazon from Shopify.

Shopify stays the source of truth. We keep Amazon stock and prices right after commission and fees. Amazon orders land in Shopify, and every fee reaches your books.

Shopify
Amazon

Amazon is a second shop. It shouldn’t be a second job.

Stock in two places means oversells and cancelled orders. A price set by hand leaks margin once commission and fees come off. Orders get retyped into Shopify. We connect Amazon to Shopify, so all of that runs in the background.

🧭 You pick the role

ERP as truth, Shopify as one storefront. Or Shopify as the stock hub, with Takealot and Makro orders writing in so inventory decrements like a store sale. We set that with you, because it flips the flow.

🎨 Variants stay sellable

Size and colour stay as their own SKUs for stock and price. On the way back to Shopify, we can rebuild the variant family the store expects.

🔗 Attach your offer, don’t clone the page

Amazon already has the catalogue. We match your products and latch your offer onto existing ASINs. No upload sheets, no waiting on a new product page.

Your rules, not a generic sync

How it works

01

Connect

Your Amazon seller account, plus Shopify, which stays the source of truth.

02

Set your rules

Price rules that build in Amazon fees, stock buffers, which SKUs go to Amazon.

03

Test it first

We run example orders first. Nothing automatic goes through until they’re right.

04

Stay in step

Stock, price, orders and fees keep moving between Shopify and Amazon in the background.

🛒 Orders-image
🛒 Orders

Orders placed on Amazon can create in Shopify when it holds your stock. No retyping, no missed picks. Shopify orders come through with discounts, shipping and refunds. Marketplace-origin orders can be written into Shopify when it is the stock hub, without emailing the marketplace buyer twice. Have more sales channels? The same flow can cover the rest of the stack, with rules per platform.

📦 Stock & pricing-image
📦 Stock & pricing

Stock from Shopify updates Amazon so you do not oversell. Price rules per channel build in commission and fees, so every sale still leaves a margin: a 10% uplift on Takealot, a different price on Makro, a SKU held off one channel. Per-location stock, or several locations summed. Marketplace availability can follow Shopify, or Shopify can follow the ERP.

📦 Product data-image
📦 Product data

Titles, images and attributes you already maintain can keep Shopify & Amazon current, without rebuilding a loadsheet. Catalogue, images and variant data can flow both ways, so a product you maintain once can live on the store and the marketplaces.

Latch your Amazon offers

Match the catalogue you already have to existing ASINs and go live without the listing grind.

💵 Buy box repricer-image
💵 Buy box repricer

Repricer add-on

Watch competitors on Amazon and push a winning price through your own seller account. Never below your floor. If we cannot win profitably, we hold. Price from your cost plus Amazon fees to the profit you want to keep, and let the repricer compete for the Buy Box above that floor.

Amazon Seller Flex & FBM

Ship Amazon orders from your own warehouse

For brands and distributors who ship Amazon orders to buyers themselves (Seller Flex or FBM, which means you ship, not Amazon). Wherehouse connects your Amazon account to your warehouse management system (WMS), so selling, stock and shipping stay in step without retyping.

Seller Flex stock kept in sync

We keep your Seller Flex stock in sync with your WMS, so Amazon shows what you actually hold. As stock moves in your warehouse, Amazon quantities follow, which helps prevent overselling and stale listings.

Shipping labels from Amazon

For orders you ship yourself, Wherehouse gets the shipping label from Amazon through Amazon's Merchant Fulfillment and Easy Ship APIs. Your team picks, packs and dispatches in the workflow it already uses.

Orders in your fulfilment workflow

We pull each order through Amazon's Orders API and turn it into pick, pack and ship instructions inside your WMS, so every order you ship yourself goes out right.

How we handle your data. Amazon order and buyer information is processed only to fulfil and ship the buyer's order, and is handled in line with Amazon's Data Protection Policy and our Privacy Policy .

Brands and distributors like you, already running.

Distributors and specialist retailers who run their whole marketplace business from the system they already had.
