π Store and marketplaces, one availability
When a unit sells on the store, Takealot cannot still show it. The same WooCommerce catalogue can feed every marketplace you add, without a second stock count.
One connection, two systems
WooCommerce and Amazon stay in step: stock, orders and pricing flow with the rules you already run, so adding a channel does not add a second admin job.
Two platforms should not mean two jobs.
Every extra login is another place to update stock, recapture orders and reconcile fees. That is how overselling and messy books start. WooCommerce and Amazon should share one picture, with your rules on top.
When a unit sells on the store, Takealot cannot still show it. The same WooCommerce catalogue can feed every marketplace you add, without a second stock count.
Variable products need the free Wherehouse WordPress plugin. It also stops duplicate orders and suppresses customer emails for marketplace-origin sales.
Amazon already has the catalogue. We match your products and latch your offer onto existing ASINs. No upload sheets, no waiting on a new product page.
Your rules, not a generic sync
Your WooCommerce account and your Amazon account. You pick which one holds the truth.
Stock, orders and pricing should move one way, on purpose. We map that to how you already operate, not a generic template.
Buffers, price uplifts, which SKUs are allowed. A rule can apply to one platform and leave the other alone.
WooCommerce and Amazon keep sharing the live picture in the background.
Orders placed on Amazon automatically create in WooCommerce. No retyping, no missed picks. Marketplace orders can write into WooCommerce when it holds stock, without emailing those buyers a second time. Have more sales channels? The same flow can cover the rest of the stack, with rules per platform.
Stock from WooCommerce updates WooCommerce & Amazon so you do not oversell. Pricing rules can differ per platform: a buffer here, a 10% uplift there, a SKU held off one channel. One stock figure, shared. If you have outgrown a single location, we will tell you to put the ERP in the middle.
Titles, images and attributes you already maintain can keep WooCommerce & Amazon current, without rebuilding a loadsheet. Simple and variable products sync. Variations need the Wherehouse WordPress plugin so size and colour stay as their own SKUs.
Match the catalogue you already have to existing ASINs and go live without the listing grind.
Amazon Seller Flex & FBM
For sellers who ship Amazon orders directly to buyers from their own warehouse, Wherehouse connects your Amazon Seller Flex account to your warehouse management system (WMS) so selling, stock and shipping stay in lockstep β without manual re-keying.
We keep your Seller Flex inventory in sync with your WMS so the availability advertised on Amazon reflects what you actually hold, in real time. As stock moves in your warehouse, quantities update on Amazon to help prevent overselling and stale listings.
Using Amazon's Merchant Fulfillment API and Easy Ship API, Wherehouse generates compliant shipping labels for direct-to-consumer orders, so your team can pick, pack and dispatch without leaving your existing workflow.
We use Amazon's Orders API to retrieve order and buyer details and turn them into clear pick, pack and ship instructions inside your WMS β so every direct-to-consumer order is fulfilled accurately.
How we handle your data. Amazon order and buyer information is processed only to fulfil and ship the buyer's order, and is handled in line with Amazon's Data Protection Policy and our Privacy Policy .
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time.
