🔄 Store and marketplaces, one availability
When a unit sells on the store, Takealot cannot still show it. The same WooCommerce catalogue can feed every marketplace you add, without a second stock count.
IQ Retail holds the stock. WooCommerce sells from it, and WooCommerce orders land in IQ Retail as sales. Takealot, Amazon and Makro run on the same connection.
Two systems should not mean two jobs.
Every extra login is another place to update stock, recapture orders and reconcile fees. WooCommerce and IQ Retail should share one picture, with every marketplace running on top.

Variable products need the free Wherehouse WordPress plugin. It also stops duplicate orders and suppresses customer emails for marketplace-origin sales.
IQ stock per location can decide what Takealot, Makro and your store are allowed to sell.
Your rules, not a generic sync
IQ Retail holds the stock. WooCommerce connects next to it.
Stock, price and orders move one way, on purpose. We map that to how you already operate.
We run example orders first. Nothing automatic goes through until they’re right.
WooCommerce and IQ Retail keep in step in the background, with Takealot, Amazon and Makro on top.
Orders placed on WooCommerce automatically create in IQ Retail. No retyping, no missed picks. Marketplace orders can write into WooCommerce when it holds stock, without emailing those buyers a second time. Have more sales channels? The same flow can cover the rest of the stack, with rules per platform.
Stock from IQ Retail updates WooCommerce so you do not oversell. Price rules per channel build in commission and fees, so every sale still leaves a margin: a 10% uplift on Takealot, a different price on Makro, a SKU held off one channel. One stock figure, shared. If you have outgrown a single location, we will tell you to put the ERP in the middle.
Titles, images and attributes you already maintain can keep WooCommerce current, without rebuilding a loadsheet. Simple and variable products sync. Variations need the Wherehouse WordPress plugin so size and colour stay as their own SKUs.
Distributors and specialist retailers who run their whole marketplace business from the system they already had.
