📊 Real fees on the invoice
Commission, fulfilment and other marketplace deductions can sit on the same Xero invoice as the sale, using your account codes.
Every Amazon order becomes a Xero invoice, with commission and fees as Amazon charged them, so month-end matches the payout. Stock and price keep running from your store or ERP.
Amazon pays out less than the sticker price.
Invoice at selling price and revenue is overstated. Commission, fulfilment and other fees get reconciled by hand, and Xero never matches the payout. We send each Amazon order to Xero as it really paid out.
Commission, fulfilment and other marketplace deductions can sit on the same Xero invoice as the sale, using your account codes.
When Takealot or Amazon refunds, Xero can get the credit note automatically.
Amazon already has the catalogue. We match your products and latch your offer onto existing ASINs. No upload sheets, no waiting on a new product page.
Your rules, not a generic sync
Your Amazon seller account and Xero, plus the store or ERP that holds your stock.
Sales, fees, shipping and discounts, on your own chart of accounts.
We run example orders first. Nothing automatic goes through until they’re right.
Amazon orders keep landing in Xero, with fees attached.
Orders placed on Amazon automatically become invoices in Xero. No retyping, no missed picks. Each channel order can become a Xero invoice (and a credit note when it is refunded), deduped so we do not double-post. Have more sales channels? The same flow can cover the rest of the stack, with rules per platform.
Stock from Xero updates Amazon so you do not oversell. Price rules per channel build in commission and fees, so every sale still leaves a margin: a 10% uplift on Takealot, a different price on Makro, a SKU held off one channel. Where you track items in Xero, that catalogue can drive other channels. Most brands and distributors keep stock in the ERP or store and let Xero do the books.
Titles, images and attributes you already maintain can keep Xero & Amazon current, without rebuilding a loadsheet. Xero items can stay in step with the SKUs you sell, so invoice lines match the catalogue rather than dumping everything into a generic sales code.
Match the catalogue you already have to existing ASINs and go live without the listing grind.
Repricer add-on
Watch competitors on Amazon and push a winning price through your own seller account. Never below your floor. If we cannot win profitably, we hold. Price from your cost plus Amazon fees to the profit you want to keep, and let the repricer compete for the Buy Box above that floor.
Amazon Seller Flex & FBM
For brands and distributors who ship Amazon orders to buyers themselves (Seller Flex or FBM, which means you ship, not Amazon). Wherehouse connects your Amazon account to your warehouse management system (WMS), so selling, stock and shipping stay in step without retyping.
We keep your Seller Flex stock in sync with your WMS, so Amazon shows what you actually hold. As stock moves in your warehouse, Amazon quantities follow, which helps prevent overselling and stale listings.
For orders you ship yourself, Wherehouse gets the shipping label from Amazon through Amazon's Merchant Fulfillment and Easy Ship APIs. Your team picks, packs and dispatches in the workflow it already uses.
We pull each order through Amazon's Orders API and turn it into pick, pack and ship instructions inside your WMS, so every order you ship yourself goes out right.
How we handle your data. Amazon order and buyer information is processed only to fulfil and ship the buyer's order, and is handled in line with Amazon's Data Protection Policy and our Privacy Policy .
