🛍️ The full Zoho flow, if you want it
Sales order, confirm, ship, invoice, payment. Or just the sales order. You choose how far automation goes.
Zoho stays the source of truth. We keep Amazon stock and prices right after commission and fees. Amazon orders land in Zoho, and every fee reaches your books.
Amazon is a second shop. It shouldn’t be a second job.
Stock in two places means oversells and cancelled orders. A price set by hand leaks margin once commission and fees come off. Orders get retyped into Zoho. We connect Amazon to Zoho, so all of that runs in the background.
Sales order, confirm, ship, invoice, payment. Or just the sales order. You choose how far automation goes.
Marketplace availability can follow the Zoho warehouse you actually pick from.
Amazon already has the catalogue. We match your products and latch your offer onto existing ASINs. No upload sheets, no waiting on a new product page.
Your rules, not a generic sync
Your Amazon seller account, plus Zoho, which stays the source of truth.
Price rules that build in Amazon fees, stock buffers, which SKUs go to Amazon.
We run example orders first. Nothing automatic goes through until they’re right.
Stock, price, orders and fees keep moving between Zoho and Amazon in the background.
Orders placed on Amazon automatically create in Zoho. No retyping, no missed picks. A Takealot sale can become a Zoho sales order, then invoice and payment, without retyping. Have more sales channels? The same flow can cover the rest of the stack, with rules per platform.
Stock from Zoho updates Amazon so you do not oversell. Price rules per channel build in commission and fees, so every sale still leaves a margin: a 10% uplift on Takealot, a different price on Makro, a SKU held off one channel. Per-warehouse Zoho stock can drive every marketplace, with adjustments when the pictures drift.
Titles, images and attributes you already maintain can keep Amazon current, without rebuilding a loadsheet. Zoho items can be the catalogue the channels see, including the fields you already maintain there.
Match the catalogue you already have to existing ASINs and go live without the listing grind.
Repricer add-on
Watch competitors on Amazon and push a winning price through your own seller account. Never below your floor. If we cannot win profitably, we hold. Price from your cost plus Amazon fees to the profit you want to keep, and let the repricer compete for the Buy Box above that floor.
Amazon Seller Flex & FBM
For brands and distributors who ship Amazon orders to buyers themselves (Seller Flex or FBM, which means you ship, not Amazon). Wherehouse connects your Amazon account to your warehouse management system (WMS), so selling, stock and shipping stay in step without retyping.
We keep your Seller Flex stock in sync with your WMS, so Amazon shows what you actually hold. As stock moves in your warehouse, Amazon quantities follow, which helps prevent overselling and stale listings.
For orders you ship yourself, Wherehouse gets the shipping label from Amazon through Amazon's Merchant Fulfillment and Easy Ship APIs. Your team picks, packs and dispatches in the workflow it already uses.
We pull each order through Amazon's Orders API and turn it into pick, pack and ship instructions inside your WMS, so every order you ship yourself goes out right.
How we handle your data. Amazon order and buyer information is processed only to fulfil and ship the buyer's order, and is handled in line with Amazon's Data Protection Policy and our Privacy Policy .
