β Faster PO to invoice
Shorter turnaround helps you stay a preferred supplier, and can mean more replenishment from Yuppiechef.
One connection, two systems
Yuppiechef and Takealot stay in step: stock, orders and pricing flow with the rules you already run, so adding a channel does not add a second admin job.
Two platforms should not mean two jobs.
Every extra login is another place to update stock, recapture orders and reconcile fees. That is how overselling and messy books start. Yuppiechef and Takealot should share one picture, with your rules on top.

Lines and availability line up with what you actually hold, which cuts short-ships and after-the-fact changes.
Pick products, pick Takealot, send. AI fills thin titles and attributes so listings are ready for QC. If the page already exists, we attach your offer instead of creating a duplicate.
Your rules, not a generic sync
Your Yuppiechef account and your Takealot account. You pick which one holds the truth.
Stock, orders and pricing should move one way, on purpose. We map that to how you already operate, not a generic template.
Buffers, price uplifts, which SKUs are allowed. A rule can apply to one platform and leave the other alone.
Yuppiechef and Takealot keep sharing the live picture in the background.
Orders placed on Takealot automatically create in Takealot. No retyping, no missed picks. Lead time, DC and dropship lines stay distinct, so warehouse picks and Takealot fulfilment donβt get mixed into one messy order. Have more sales channels? The same flow can cover the rest of the stack, with rules per platform.
Stock and selling price stay current on Yuppiechef so you do not oversell. Pricing rules can differ per platform: a buffer here, a 10% uplift there, a SKU held off one channel. You can hold a buffer on Takealot, pin a price, or pause a SKU on this channel without changing Makro or your store.
Titles, images and attributes you already maintain can keep Takealot current, without rebuilding a loadsheet. If the Takealot page already exists, we attach your offer instead of creating a duplicate. No clone pages, no wasted listing credits.
No loadsheet nightmare. We enrich the catalogue you already have and submit for QC. Days, not months.
Watch competitors on Takealot and push a winning price through your own seller account. Never below your floor. If we cannot win profitably, we hold. Watch competitor prices on Takealot and push a winning price through your own seller account. Never below your floor.
Retail supplier integration
Wherehouse ingests purchase orders raised by Yuppiechef and lines them up with your fulfilment and invoicing flow, so you avoid retyping and spreadsheet handovers. Where this channel allows it, we can push stock levels or availability to Yuppiechef so buyers see numbers aligned with your inventory system.
For Yuppiechef, this integration can include inbound purchase orders from the retailer, pushing stock or availability to the retailer where their model supports it and pushing price updates to the retailer.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time.
