For brands & distributors
Wherehouse pulls product data from the systems you already use, consolidates it into one clean catalogue, then automatically formats and submits listings to the right marketplace.
Skip the spreadsheet-per-channel grind. Get your brand discoverable in front of millions of marketplace buyers without growing a listings team.
You already have great product data. It lives in your ERP, on your own store, in supplier sheets, in marketing assets. The problem isn’t the data, it’s reshaping it for every channel.
Different category trees, attribute names, image rules, barcode requirements and loadsheet formats. One product catalogue, four sets of rules.
Listing one SKU is annoying. Listing hundreds across multiple marketplaces becomes a full-time admin job, right when you should be focused on selling.
Every week a SKU isn’t live is a week of missed search impressions, missed buy-box opportunities and competitors taking the share.
One catalogue in. Channel-ready listings out. No spreadsheets per marketplace, no copy-paste, no listings analyst.
We connect to your ERP, inventory system, Shopify or WooCommerce store, existing marketplace accounts and supplier feeds. Whatever has product data today.
SKUs from different systems merge into a single product record. Where descriptions, titles or attributes are thin, our AI enrichment fills the gaps so listings are marketplace-ready, not generic.
We reshape your catalogue into each marketplace’s exact format and submit it through their API or seller portal. Approvals tracked, errors flagged, re-tries handled for you.
Supported marketplaces
Capability varies per platform. Some channels we list to instantly, others rely on the marketplace’s own QC team after we submit on your behalf.
We submit enriched listings on your behalf. The marketplace approves them via their own QC.
AI enrichment reshapes your data for Takealot. Listings go through Takealot’s own QC and our success rate is very high.
AI enrichment reshapes your data for Makro. Listings go through Makro’s own QC and our success rate is very high.
No approvals, no QC queue. Submitted from your catalogue and live to sell.
Automated listing on these marketplaces is on the roadmap.
Automated product listing on Amazon is on the roadmap.
Automated product listing on Leroy Merlin is on the roadmap.
Product listing is available on any Wherehouse plan: syncing, repricing or visibility. The only thing we need is a source of product data to work from, so listing always sits inside the same plan that connects to your ERP, online store or existing marketplace accounts.
At this stage we don’t offer listing as a standalone, isolated service, and honestly, why would you want it that way? Running listing without syncing stock and orders opens up the risk of overselling and missed orders. One platform, one workflow, from list to live to selling.
Once you’re live, the same platform that listed your products keeps them in sync, captures the orders that come back, and gives you a single view across every channel you sell on.
Stock levels from your ERP or store push to every connected marketplace, so you don’t oversell.
Marketplace orders land in your ERP or accounting system automatically. No retyping, no missed picks.
See sales, top SKUs, real profitability and listing status across every marketplace in a single view.
Push prices from your ERP and, where applicable, automate Buy Box repricing within your guardrails.
For instant-list channels (Bobshop and Loot), you can be live and selling new SKUs within days of onboarding.
For AI-enriched channels (Takealot and Makro), we submit on your behalf and track approvals all the way through. The QC turnaround depends on the marketplace, but our success rate is very high because the listings already arrive in their preferred shape.
